We work with relevant stakeholders to promote standardisation and service development so that services are delivered effectively, consistently and in line with organisational purpose.
Advocacy Standards and Development
We develop standards and policies to ensure a consistent approach to Advocacy across CIB funded services. We work to increase the capacity of services to deliver high quality advocacy services to the public. We are the administrators for the electronic case management systems for the CIS and NAS services, supporting system reporting and leading system redevelopment.
e-Learning
We develop and delivers online training for CIB and service delivery companies through its learning management system. We work closely with stakeholders to identify training needs and to develop online courses using a rich variety of interactive lessons, videos, case studies and assessments.
