Corporate Services

We oversee corporate governance functions, including the corporate strategy, aata Protection, communications, Freedom of Information (FOI), the Official Languages Act and Access to Information on the Environment. The team coordinates the provision of information to the Department of Social Protection, as required, and manages the production of the Annual Report and other corporate publications.

Human Resources

We manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to learning and development and performance management.

The team also:

• provides advice and support on employee relations
• supports best practice in people management
• oversees pension management for current and former employees

Finance

We are responsible for finance, risk management and procurement matters and procedures including in relation to payroll, budgets, audits and estimates for CIB. CIB ensures that proper financial controls and reporting procedures are followed which ensures that value for money is delivered to the taxpayer.
